Croissants with minced meat

A great classic of Swiss cuisine based on ground beef, onion and garlic, served with pasta, grated cheese and apple puree. try also this chocolate cake without flour recipe too.

Ingredients

Main course For 4 people

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of HOLL rapeseed oil

600 g of ground beef

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

3 dl of roast sauce

salt

pepper

400 g of pasta like croissants

1 tablespoon of butter

grated cheese for seasoning

How to proceed

Preparation: approx. 30 minutes

Chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat over high heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, the tomato paste and fry briefly everything. Add the roast sauce, season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the croissants al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain them and put them back in the pot. Add the butter into small pieces and mix. Serve the pasta on the plates. Adjust the minced meat with salt and pepper and distribute it over the pasta.
