Goulash soup
A hearty soup for meat lovers: diced rump takes the lion's share in this simply delicious recipe. try also this strawberry cheesecake slice recipe too.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
200 g of carrots
300 g of potatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 medium onions
3 tablespoons of HOLL rapeseed oil
1 tablespoon of caraway
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1.2 l of beef broth
salt
paprika for seasoning
400 g of beef rump
pepper
½ bunch of parsley

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 35 minutes
Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes. Chop the garlic and onions. Fry everything in a little oil. Add the caraway, paprika and tomato paste and brown briefly. Add the broth and allow the soup to simmer for approx. 25 minutes. Season with salt and paprika. Cut the rump into cubes of approx. 1 cm. Season them with salt and pepper and brown them over high heat in the remaining oil for 2–3 minutes. Chop the parsley. Serve the soup with the meat and sprinkle it with parsley.
